Kim Staff is the Branch Operations Manager for Croix Financial. She began her career in the financial industry in 1995 working for a bank and went to work for J.J. in 2001 as his Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones. In 2003, when this office opened, she was eager to accept the opportunity to better serve their clientele and signed on as Office Coordinator.
Now residing in Hillje, Texas, Kim has lived in the El Campo area all of her life. She graduated from El Campo High School in 1986 and attended Wharton County Junior College for 2 years. She has been married to her husband, Marcus Staff, a native El Campoan as well, since 1997 and they have three children, Travis, Justin, and Kori and one grandson, Tanner. Kim enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and exercising.

Sherry Stanley is a Client Services Associate for Croix Financial. She has worked in the financial industry in Angleton, Pasadena and El Campo. She then worked as a legal secretary for 15 years at an El Campo law firm. For the last 20 years Sherry has maintained a bookkeeping and electronic healthcare claim filing business out of her home while working part-time in a CPA firm. She was excited when the opportunity came to join Croix Financial and work with many clients she has known over the years.
Sherry has lived in El Campo for 48 years and graduated from El Campo High School, then completed the Business Course at Wharton County Junior College. She is a widow and has two children, Ken Shanks and Kelly Shanks and one grandchild, Grant Shanks. She is a member of the First Baptist Church and sings in the choir. She served as a member of the Special Education Advisory Board to the El Campo I.S.D., past president of the El Campo Woman’s Club, the El Campo Garden Club and the El Campo Area Workshop for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. She enjoys her volunteer work and traveling with family and friends.
